Can you get it delivered to my work place?
Absolutely! Though keeping in mind that depending on your order size, the box might be a bit too big to carry if you’re taking public transport home.
Are all your products sourced locally?
Yes! We get up early every morning to get to the markets first in order to pick out the best produce first. We know all of our suppliers personally and have forged very strong relationships with them over the years.
Can I save my lists for future shopping?
Yes! All your previous orders are automatically saved in your order history. Just click on your account at the top right hand corner of the site, your order history should display on the left hand side underneath your account details.
How do I make a recurring order?
Making a recurring order is very easy. Here’s how:

How do I cancel my subscription to Wholesome Kitchen?

Our team will get back to you within 1-2 business days.

At the moment, we don’t allow for substitutions for items in our Wholesome Boxes at the moment.

What if I have an allergy to something in a box… can I swap it with something else?
If you wish to keep the item that you are allergic to separate from the other items in your box, please make a note of it when you submit your order and we’ll let our packaging teams know.

Absolutely! The Wholesome Shop section of our site allows you to pick out the items for your own box.

Our flat delivery fee is $10.00. Delivery is free for orders over $100.
Can I just pick up my order from your warehouse?
At the moment, we don’t allow for pick-ups at our warehouse.

Some of your boxes feature seasonal produce – does this mean that I will have to pay for items that are not there?
While we endeavour to meet the best standards with our boxes, there may be times where certain items are unavailable. When produce is out of season, we’ll swap it out with an equally tasty piece of fruit or veg.
